My Visit to High Garden Herbal Store

I was in herb heaven yesterday.  I had a meeting with a personal trainer and Arbonne Independent Consultant at High Garden.  High Garden is a sipping apothecary and herbal store. When I first moved to Tennessee I began looking for herbal stores and asked the locals to recommend a store. One store kept coming up and that was High Garden. I googled the location and took the time to browse their website. I love adding the medicinal properties of herbs to my oils for hair and skin care. I like to give my carrier oils an extra boost. I also drink herbal tea to detox and support good health.

When I walked into the store I stopped for a moment at the entry and took it all in. There was a sign posted near the entry that stated no laptops, so I was hesitant about having my cell phone visible. I decided to go ahead and ask an employee if I could take a few pictures. He granted me permission, so I went for it.

The tone of High Garden is very earthy. I enjoyed a cup of tea to uplift my mood as my day had started off rocky. I browsed around for a few checking out the herb selections. In the back of the store there was a Kombucha bar. I had my four-year son with me and he wanted something to drink so I asked the lady at the bar if they had anything that a child may like. She suggested a lemonade. My son tried it and it wasn’t his cup of tea, but we know how children’s taste buds can be. As an adult I am not as picky about taste when it comes to my health.

My tea definitely enhanced my mood. My original plans were to leave the herb shop and close up in my home all day but instead I ended up staying out and about enjoying the beautiful weather. I even took my little man to the park.

I purchased nettle for an infusion I am making for a customer, natural deodorant, a pine bundle for cleansing my space and a quitting blend for my husband as he is quitting smoking.

I will be revisiting this location. The employees are very knowledgeable about the herbs and products sold. This makes a huge difference. If you have any questions on where to start for your needs, they will guide you in the right direction. They answered every question I had, and I left a satisfied customer.
